In the two town houses, which are designed as terraced houses, the size of the apartments decreases towards the top.

As an unusual building type, the long, four-storey block stands on large supports that give it an open, bridge-like appearance.
Turm 1: 36 metres of diversity and unity.
Designed by Caruso St John Architects, Turm 1 stands on a square plinth, reflecting the site's industrial past. It offers 60 apartments in five different sizes.

The residential complex is filling up with life. Only a few 4.5-room apartments in the two Town Houses are still available.
Town Houses: one idea, two buildings.
The two Town Houses ‘Reinach’ and ‘Aesch’, designed as terraced houses, stand on either side of the border of the communities that give them their names. In terraced construction, the flat sizes decrease towards the top. On the ground and first floors, there is space for 5.5 rooms in maisonettes, on the first floor flats with 4.5 rooms and on the third floor flats with 3.5 rooms.
Appartementhaus: Successful bridge construction.
As an unusual building type, the long, four-storey block in the south of the site stands on large supports that give it an open, bridge-like appearance. Each of the modern and functional 2.5 and 4.5-room flats has an outdoor space to the south. In addition, the covered area on the ground floor creates space for leisure activities.
Turm 1: 36 metres of diversity and unity.
On a square floor plan, Turm 1 accommodates flats in six different sizes ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms, all with their own outdoor spaces. The large units are located in the corners of the building and benefit from morning and evening sun with their two-sided orientation. The smaller flats face east and west respectively.

When it comes to sustainability, the Aere project leads by example on three fronts: its agricultural concept, its mobility concept and its measures to promote energy-efficient living and working with renewable energies.

There are fewer parking spaces than apartments. A mobility concept has been developed for this purpose. The large apartments will be given priority in the issuing of parking spaces. If there are still parking spaces available at the end, these will be issued to the small apartments upon receipt of the registration. Car park rent CHF 150/month, electric car park CHF 180/month.
