Here are the most important questions and answers. The list of questions is not exhaustive and is constantly being updated.

When can I move in?
  • Turm 1 will be ready provisionally on 1 October 2024
  • Town houses provisionally available from autumn 2025
  • Apartment block provisionally available from winter 2025
Which municipalities are the apartments located in?
  • Turm 1 is in Reinach
  • The apartment block is in Aesch
  • Half of the town houses are in Reinach and the other half are in Aesch
Are there any apartments for sale?

These are located in both of the Max Towers (www.maxtowers.ch).

Can I view the properties?

A sample apartment is planned for completion in spring 2024. Individual properties cannot be viewed.

Does my apartment have a cellar?

Each apartment has a cellar compartment.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are generally allowed. You must state the type and breed on the registration form. Approval will be granted as part of a separate pet agreement.

Is there a minimum lease period?

Yes, one year.

Do I need to pay a bond?

The deposit is equal to three months’ base rent. There is the option for a rental deposit account or insurance.

Are there enough parking spaces?

There are fewer parking spaces than apartments. A mobility concept has been developed for this purpose. The large apartments will be given priority in the issuing of parking spaces. If there are still parking spaces available at the end, these will be issued to the small apartments upon receipt of the registration. Car park rent CHF 150/month, electric car park CHF 180/month.

Are there enough bike racks?

There are plenty of bike racks available on the site.

What laundry facilities are available?
  • 1.5 room flats: Shared laundry room in the
    basement
  • 2.5 to 4.5 room flats: Include Electrolux brand
    laundry facilities
How high are the ceilings?

In general, 2.64 m.

Do the apartments have curtain rails?

Each apartment has one curtain rail.

When do I get the keys to my new home?

A few days before your lease begins.
