Turm 1, Town Houses and Appartementhaus:
Three forms of housing in dialogue.

In an aesthetic nod to the industrial past of the site, Caruso St John Architects presents three different residential typologies in four buildings. The architects repeat the materialisation in all of them, creating a dialogue between the new buildings.

Turm 1 was the first building to be ready for occupancy in October 2024. The two Town Houses and the Appartementhaus were completed in September 2025.
