Around 30 per cent of the Aere households are intended to be car-free. To ensure tenants are mobile even without their own cars, car-free households will be provided with e-bikes.

This promotes the use of alternative mobility options in addition to personal cars. There are around 100 parking spaces available for tenants with their own cars.

Mobility info via the housing development’s app.

Residents will be provided with extensive information about mobility when moving in and during their residency. The aim here is to show that it is possible to live and work without your own car.

This information will be provided primarily in digital form via the housing development’s app. There will also be a contact point for tenants for any questions about mobility.
